When we were in search for a specific vehicle (V8 4Runner) and could not locate anything in our area, we had to expand our search almost 500 miles away. We took the risk of purchasing a vehicle site unseen. After conversions with the team at Automaxx, them sending us multiple video's of the car and their transparency, we purchased the vehicle. I have to say, we were incredibly fortunate to find Automaxx of Roseville. When the 4Runner was delivered, it was just as they had described. We took it to our local mechanic who gave it a thumbs up. Can't thank Automaxx of Roseville enough for all their help and patience with us! Billy & Brennan are FANTASTIC

I make it a point to supportfamily owned businesses any chance I get. But at the end of the day we are all looking for the same thing; what we want to buy, and these days less of who we want to buy it from. Although one could argue that by not having ethical lines drawn on who we purchase from ultimately hurts the consumer. With that said I was pleasantly surprised at how the team at Roseville Automaxx had the best of both worlds. First of all their inventory speaks to anyone that knows exactly what they are looking for. I have been on the hunt for a souped up Toyota Tacoma for almost a year now. They always have great options and I found exactly what I was looking for… this is where it gets good. When I walked in I was greeted by the owner Bill and his son in law Brennan. Both clean cut with a genuine smile and a customer service driven attitude. As a fellow salesman I don't like pushy or corny sales people. Both of these guys were exactly who you hope to have assist you in sales as they were great listeners, willing and wanting to help, hospitable and welcoming, and let me lead my way. Brennan ended up taking over and was awesome. He knew his stuff when it came to Toyota as a previous owner himself; was able to share the good the bad and the ugly to temper my expectations, and went above and beyond to help me close and guide me through the process. I won't share everything because each instance is different, but these guys treated me like family with my best interest at heart. What's more is they do their own servicing there so after you buy the relationship stays intact and so does your car. Suffice to say Ill be bringing my business there in regard to all my car needs, and if you know what's good for you, so should you.

I can't recommend Roseville Automaxx enough! From the very first phone call I made from South Lake Tahoe, Brennan was extremely personable and made me feel confident about driving down to check out this truck. His no-bullshit approach was exactly what sold me. No hidden fees, no hassles, just straight honesty the whole way through. When I got to the dealership, Brennan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He's one of those rare people in sales who's just a genuinely good person, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about my purchase. This is a family-owned dealership, and you can feel the difference in the way they take care of people. I'm beyond stoked with my truck, and I'm grateful I got to work with Brennan. He's got a baby on the way any day now, so best of luck to him and his growing family, he definitely deserves all the good things coming his way!

Billy was awesome to work with. He helped me through every step of the process with full transparency which is rare these days. I bought a 21 F-150 a month ago from them and so far so good. If anything changes, I'll update this review.

Brennan and the team at Roseville Automax are truly top-notch. My car-buying experience was excellent from start to finish. Everything was done digitally—no paper forms, and all documents and the contract were signed quickly through DocuSign. I didn't have to sit at the dealership for hours waiting on loan approval. In fact, the entire review and signing process took just 8 minutes—a record! The process was smooth, efficient, and transparent. One word to describe it all: AMAZING!

Highly, highly recommend going to Roseville Automaxx for your next car purchase! They were able to offer a great trade in value for my car and were also willing to negotiate on a price that was comfortable for both parties. Roseville Automaxx hands down provided the fastest and least stressful car-buying experience I've ever had. Brennan took care of my family from the start. He was straightforward and efficient, and we didn't waste any time sitting around waiting. I initially reached out just to browse and explore my options, but I ended up purchasing a vehicle. I never felt pressured or cornered into buying, and I got a great deal that I couldn't turn down. Thank you for such a smooth and enjoyable experience.

While shopping for a used car, I noticed a Subaru WRX with over 150,000 miles and a sticker price of $19,000. We were intrigued and approached the front desk to inquire about financing options. The car salesman informed us that the financing terms would depend on our credit score. We provided our information, and our credit score was 760. The salesman then explained that financing the car would require a $2,000 down payment, an 84-month loan term, and a monthly payment of approximately $400. I quickly calculated the total cost, which included a $2,000 down payment and a financial payout of $33,600, resulting in a total of $35,600. This amount exceeded the asking price by $14,600. We declined the offer and left the dealership. Interestingly, CM offers a similar car for $14,000 with 96,000 miles, and their monthly financing payment is only around $200. This experience has led me to reconsider visiting this dealership in the future.

Found my dream car. Great price, no appointment, no vulture salesman & no haggles. Financed it with a trade in, and was still in & out in less than an hour. It was the way all car buying from dealers should be. There's only one other dealer in town that mirrors this type of service, which I learned is owned & operated by the same family. Either lot should be your first stop when car shopping because it more likely than not will be your last stop. I can't say enough good things about them. Big franchise lots should take note of how these guys do business. Because of Automaxx (and its sister lot, Triple Crown), I'm done going anywhere else.

I went to buy a 2001 Corvette Z06 and I left with a 2019 Challenger Hellcat. I was looking for a Hellcat for awhile but they were all to expensive for me to afford. So I walk into the Dealership to see the Corvette and there was the car of my dreams waiting for me to take it home. The salesman Brennan is fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Fast and efficient and no stupid b.s. about LoJack and protection coatings ECT etc. Just a great deal on a perfect car. If I could give 6 stars I would. If you want a special interest automobile this is the place to go. I also want to add that they sold me a warranty with PRco and I just had a problem with my A/C and I only paid the dealership I took it too $75.00 but the bill would have been for $3500.00. I highly recommend that you consider buying this warranty as well.
