When buying cars they pretend to be private buyers and lying to people who sell the cars with BS heartwarming stories to get a good deal. Then immediately list car for sale in this dealership. Also lying to buyers about “garage kept its entire life”. The person who sold them the car says it's always been outside, he doesn't even have a garage. Bunch of liars, avoid this place.

I am writing this review to warn potential buyers and sellers about my experience with Roseville Automaxx. My interaction with this dealership was extremely disappointing, and I believe they take advantage of people with good hearts. They made up a sob story and lied to me to take advantage of me. They came to my home to buy my car as if it were for their personal use, but now I find out they are selling my car at their dealership and marked the car up thousands of dollars. They made up a whole sob story about how they didn't have enough money to pay what I wanted for it. They are liars and scam artists. Do NOT trust them! Edit: Nice try Owner! You know exactly what I'm talking about. The 2012 Toyota FJ that's listed right now on your website!!! The one you claim was kept in a garage. It was never in a garage! More lies. I thought you said you would take your kids out on adventures in it. Now I know that was just a scam to talk down the price. Shady and bad business.

I sold my FJ on Facebook Marketplace to Brennan who posed as a private buyer and told a good story about how much he loved Toyotas and was replacing his that he had driven over 300,000 miles. I sold it to him under the guise that he was keeping it for himself. I told him I was selling it to him because I just wanted it to go to someone who would love it and even gave it to him for a really good deal. I wanted to bless someone the same way I was blessed when I bought FJ. If I wanted it to end up at a dealership, I would have gone that route. He took advantage of me (my fault), and then put it on his lot for $9000 more than he bought it for. The dishonesty didn't stop there. The description of the vehicle posted on their site was not true. Everything was disclosed to him when he purchased it, and not only did the dealership not disclose the vehicle issues, they posted false information. For example, they advertised it had been garaged its whole life. I don't even own a garage. Be aware, as you should at any dealership. They advertise themselves as an honest family owned business, but money means more to them than their integrity. Don't advertise it if it's not true. That's all I ask. (By the way, you have a lot of negotiating room in their asking price. Like A LOT).

Wow!!! First time EVER!!! Someone did what they said they would do!! In the car business it's rare but when it's family owned they know how much one dollar means to us little guys. Unbelievable experience; HUGE selection of TOP trucks that couldn't find anywhere else!! If you want a muscle car or lifted truck there is no where else to go. I drove 4 hours to secure my ride.

I wanted to take a minute to say how thankful I am with the service and treatment I received at Automaxx. Especially with Brennan! He worked with me and helped me out far beyond what I would have expected from an auto salesman. I am now driving the best truck I've ever been in! Top notch truck and just picture perfect in every way. I am so happy I stopped by and met Brennan. Thank you !
