Roseville Automaxx and Trent in particular made my purchase a breeze. I was so happy to not be pressured or bullied. I have only purchased vehicles from big dealerships in the past and I always leave feeling like I left part of my body there! I'm an out of town buyer who purchased a classic motorcycle from Bill Rockefeller, principal at Roseville Automaxx. All of his communication was prompt and professional, and when I traveled to town for a viewing it was obvious that the bike was exactly as he had described. He efficiently processed the paperwork in fifteen minutes and overnighted title and keys to my home address. When the first transportation company wouldn't take a large box of parts they had agreed to move simultaneously, he contacted me immediately and was happy to allow everything to sit on his sales floor until other arrangements could be made. Overall an exceptional sales experience with fantastic follow up. I'd be delighted to buy something else from Bill & Roseville.

I should have done my research on the value of the truck I bought, and it was overpriced. After 400 miles, the maintenance light came on, so I got an oil change, and it sounds like a lifter knock is present. Not sure what I got myself into at this point.
