All I can say is, I'm so glad I purchased my car here. I had such a great experience the day I bought my Corvette from them. The customer service was excellent. They were extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. I was honest with them and told them I wasn't completely sure I'd qualify for the car. They told me to go shopping or run some errands and they'd call me and let me know what they could do. An hour later they called and told me they could do it and to come back so I could sign papers on my dream car. The process couldn't have gone any smoother than it did. They're amazing! Fast forward...I've owned my vehicle for 10 months and I am so pleased with them that I have brought it back for an oil change and I will continue to bring it back for all maintenance. I have to say Brennan was very nice when I brought it in for service and Bill(the owner) is extremely helpful. Roseville Automaxx rocks in my opinion. I'd definitely refer customers to them. Aside from having a wide exceptional variety of inventory Roseville Automaxx has a great staff. I never felt any pressure or upselling, they were upfront and honest, answered all my questions and more. They simplified the buying process and I was in and out faster then dealing with an autobroker, which I always thought was the way to buy a vehicle. I will definitely be checking back with Roseville Automaxx on all future purchases first.

I purchased a 2020 RAM 2500 from Automaxx and the entire experience was awesome from start to finish. I had been looking for a truck for a few months and dealing with other dealerships was a living nightmare. I sent Automaxx an email and started contact with Brennan who gave me all the info I asked for. He didn't play any games or try any of the "classic" used car salesperson stuff that the other dealers kept doing to me. He offered a fair price for the truck and gave me more for my trade in than I was able to get anywhere else. The nice part about the experience was the atmosphere at Automaxx, which is mellow, easy going and stress free. At other dealerships I could feel the tension in the air, but not here. Once we decided to purchase they were able to run our credit and offer us a great competitive rate. Plus we were able to sign all the documents and get out of there in less than 30 minutes. I've purchased several new and used cars/trucks in my life and I have to say that these guys made it so easy. I would definitely recommend using them if you find something on the Automaxx lot. They will be the first place I look when I'm looking for my next vehicle purchase.
